Just like any major courrier company as UPS or Fed Ex when you decide to pick your package at their warehouse, 2 pieces of ID with matching address and photo are requiered. We go one step further and perform check up with you at pick up.

Your UPS tracking shipment can be verified directly on your dashboard when you are logged to your PCCZONE account.

• There is no need to go to UPS website to track the package, give 24h for the statuses to change UPS have yet to scan.
